Vukile Hlongwa ACMA, CGMA
Managing Partner
Vukile Hlongwa is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA), a CIMA Member in Practice (MIP), and holds a B-BBEE MDP Certificate. As the Founder and Managing Partner of GCI Advisory Group, he provides fractional CFO and strategic financial advisory services. His specialisations include governance, risk management, compliance, post-investment monitoring, and operational turnaround, with extensive experience in B-BBEE compliance advisory, ensuring organisations are fully aligned with the codes. With over 20 years of cross-sectoral experience, Vukile contributes to national development as a Non-Executive Director for the Technology Innovation Agency and the Johannesburg Development Agency, and through influential policy-shaping roles, both past and present, on several organisational committees. His deep commitment to entrepreneurship and SMME development is evidenced by his recognition as a finalist in the DTI National Gazelles Awards (2017) and the 702 Sage SMME Awards (2014), and is informed by his extensive hands-on experience as a senior manager in developmental organisations.

Linda Kotta is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across both the public and private sectors. He holds professional qualifications including B.Com Hons (Acc), ACMA | CGMA, AGA(SA), and CIMA MiP. Linda has held senior leadership roles such as Head of Audit, Risk and Financial Strategy at Izala Verificators and Chief Financial Officer at RH Managers, where he led complex investment structuring, fundraising initiatives, financial reporting, and governance oversight. He has also served in executive capacities within Compensation Fund, developing deep expertise in public-sector finance, PFMA compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in highly regulated environments. His professional foundation was shaped at organisations such as KPMG, Glencore, and Harmony Gold, where he gained strong grounding in audit, financial management, and large-scale operations. Linda combines rigorous corporate discipline with hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having built and advised businesses in transport, construction, healthcare, and professional services. He is recognised for his ability to bridge strategy, finance, governance, and execution, delivering sustainable value in complex and high-risk environments.
